I have a job that places a lot of pressure and challenges on my brain, I enjoy the challenges but was finding it very hard to switch off when I came home from work, sometimes even waking up for hours in the middle of the night. That was until Sue started her classes. My brain had a chance to slow down and relax. The nights after her classes provided me with some of the best sleep I’d had in a while. I’d even wake up feeling refreshed in the mornings.
