Sue is a beautiful teacher who has a wonderful ability to completely slow me down. I love floating out of her classes, which are a perfect mix of strength and stillness, suitable for all levels.

I love that her classes include breath work and meditation, with a focus on mind, body connection, I highly recommend!

Suivness has offered me a weekly dose of time. Time for me to be in my body and present with my mind. I have a job that places a lot of pressure and challenges on my brain, I enjoy the challenges but was finding it very hard to switch off when I came home from work, sometimes even waking up for hours in the middle of the night. That was until Sue started her classes. My brain had a chance to slow down and relax. The nights after her classes provided me with some of the best sleep I’d had in a while. I’d even wake up feeling refreshed in the mornings.
