I’ll guide you through the basics in a supportive, one-on-one setting, helping you build confidence at your own pace. Many students find that after just one private lesson, they feel empowered to join our group classes, knowing they are in safe hands.
FOCUS AND GROW
For experienced practitioners, a private lesson offers the opportunity to refine your movement, breathwork and/or meditation practice. You decide what you want to focus on and I design a class esepcially for you.
While Suivness Embodied Health group yoga classes are designed to be accessible, private lessons can be tailored to your individual needs, such as addressing physical injuries or restrictions. You will have my full focus and support throughout your lesson.
