GROUP YOGA CLASSES

Suivness Embodied Health classes offer a unique blend of ancient yogic traditions, somatic practices, and the latest insights from neuroscience and psychology, all within a compassionate, welcoming, and inclusive space. These evidence-based, trauma-informed classes are designed to help you cultivate emotional resilience and regulate your nervous system.

From the moment you arrive, soothing lighting, a gentle aroma, and a thoughtfully arranged space invite you to unwind. Ideal for anyone seeking to build strength, improve flexibility, release tension, or reduce stress. Each class incorporates mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, leaving you feeling grounded, balanced, and refreshed.

CLASS THEMES

Somatic Yoga: Gentle Restore – Offering all the advantages of practicing yoga just practiced at a slower pace. This somatic yoga class gently works the body using traditional yoga postures (asana) and pranayama (breathwork). The class finishes with some deep relaxation, allowing you to leave feeling restored and renewed.  I recommend this class if you like to work at a slow mindful pace, if you are coming back from serious injury or have restricted mobility.  Please contact me if you have any questions.

Somatic Yoga: Flow and Let Go – Focused on getting you out of your head and letting go by way of breath-led flowing movement. Expect reclining, seated and standing flows, followed by guided meditation/relaxation. Open to beginners to advanced yogis, modifications for injury can be offered. Please note as this is a flow-style class we may move up to standing and back down to the mat repeatedly during the class.

Stretch, Breathe & Meditate: A deeply nurturing series designed to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Through a blend of gentle accessible movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and restorative yoga postures, this practice will support your nervous system and create space for deep rest. You will learn simple yet powerful practices that you can integrate into daily life to restore balance and strengthen your capacity to navigate challenges with greater ease.

PRICING

1. Term booking: Book for the term upfront and save save save!! Commit to your practice – consistency is key when we want to see changes. Save 25% (that’s $55 per 10 week term) over the casual booking rate. You will be guaranteed a spot for every class in the term. Choose this option if you want the best discount or don’t want the hassle of having to book in each week.

2. Five-class-pass: Choose this option to save over 10% on each class. Once you buy your pass, you choose the classes you want to attend (from any of the three weekly classes) and then book into the class using the credits in your ClassFit pass (space permitting).

3. Pay-As-You-Go: $22 per class. Book in online before class and pay (space permitting).

Suivness uses ClassFit to take bookings. Instructions are provided below to help you through the booking process.

Booking a Class

1. Scroll down to the Calendar below and click on Class Schedule.

2. Select an available class from the calendar or list.

3. Login to ClassFit (or create a ClassFit account if you don’t already have one)

4. Complete the payment.

Note: If you have already purchased a 5-class pass, you can pay using any available credits in that pass under the Packages menu.

Purchasing Passes & Term Bookings

1. Scroll down to the Calendar below and click on Packages.

2. Select an available product (Listed under “Class Packs” and “Courses”)

3. Login to ClassFit (or create a ClassFit account if you don’t already have one)

4. Complete the payment workflow to purchase your session package.

If you purchased a Term booking, your place is secured and no further action is required.

If you purchase a 5-class pass, your slot is not secured and you still need to book into your classes. To do so, follow the instructions for Booking a Class to lock in your date(s) using the credits in your package.
