Rejuvenate your body and mind with private, personalised Yoga Therapy sessions. This evidence-based, whole-person approach integrates the principles and practices of yoga with therapeutic techniques to support healing, well-being, and self-discovery. I work with clients one-to-one or in small groups to identify their unique needs, health goals, and limitations. We begin by gathering a comprehensive picture of what’s happening with you and identifying the goals you’d like to accomplish. Using this information — and after reviewing evidence from scientific literature and clinical practice — I create a personalised programme for you. This programme may include physical movements, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, mindfulness practices, therapeutic tools, and lifestyle recommendations.

I will work with you as you implement your programme, adjust it if needed, and, most importantly, provide the support and encouragement you need to accomplish your health goals. This therapeutic approach can help manage or alleviate a range of health conditions, including chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and various physical ailments such as autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, sleep issues, arthritis, and cardiovascular conditions. Yoga therapy should always be delivered by a qualified yoga therapist who has undergone specialised training in the therapeutic application of yoga.

    PRICING

    The first Rejuvenate session lasts 75 minutes and costs $190.

    In your first session, we conduct a detailed assessment and gather information to create a personalised Program tailored to your unique needs. This Program is developed after reviewing relevant clinical evidence and your health goals.

    Follow-up Rejuvenate sessions last 60 minutes and cost $135.

    During your first follow-up session, we will review your Program together and make any adjustments as needed to make sure it feels achievable and aligns with your goals.
