Suivness Embodied Health offers holistic therapeutic solutions for your whole health. Specialising in nervous system regulation, our programs and classes build on latest scientific evidence and ancient wisdom to improve the quality of your life.

Our yoga classes target stress, burnout, overwhelm and disconnection. If your nervous system is not functioning well, it impacts the rest of your health, including your musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, and immune systems.

By helping your nervous system come back to balance (homestatis) and providing you wilth skills to respond to life’s ups and downs, the whole of your being improves.

Our Classes

Choose from three weekly classes in Sorrento and Padbury.

We welcome all abilities, from beginner to advanced. We will help you release tension, slow your busy mind and come back to a more balanced state.

At the same time you will build strength, increase flexibility and enjoy lots of other health benefits. Each class lasts for one hour involving, asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and relaxation / meditation.
