I’m Sue and I’m passionate about helping individuals thrive through a unique blend of neuroscience, psychology, and body-based practices.

With a PhD in Cognitive Science and qualifications as a yoga therapist, somatic trauma therapist, adult educator, and applied neuroscience coach, I bring a holistic and evidence-based approach to well-being.

My work focuses on empowering individuals to build emotional resilience, regulate their nervous systems, and unlock their potential for growth and balance. Through individual sessions, group classes, and mind-body education, I offer a safe, nurturing, and empowering space for optimal health and well-being.

MY APPROACH

My approach is rooted in a blend of ancient wisdom and modern science: integrating practices from yoga, yoga therapy, somatic trauma therapy, mindfulness, and neuroscience. I work with individuals to address the mind-body connection and help them navigate life’s challenges. My services are polyvagal-informed, trauma-sensitive, and tailored to each person’s individual needs.

Whether you are seeking to reduce stress, process trauma, or simply build emotional resilience, I offer personalised support that draws from my extensive training in cognitive science, neuroscience, yoga therapy, and somatic psychotherapy.

Yoga

Group classes provide a welcoming space for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. These sessions focus on releasing tension, quieting the mind, and returning to a balanced state while also building strength, improving flexibility, and supporting overall well-being.

Unlike personalised therapy, which is tailored to specific therapeutic needs, group classes offer a structured yet adaptable approach to movement, breathwork, and relaxation.

Private lessons and corporate classes are also available.

At Suivness Embodied Health, personalised 1:1 therapy sessions provide tailored support for anyone seeking to enhance well-being, navigate life’s challenges, or address specific health concerns. Drawing on expertise in yoga therapy, somatic trauma therapy, neuroscience, counselling and integrative coaching, these sessions offer a holistic, evidence-based approach to healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Unlike group classes, which focus on general well-being, personalised therapy is much deeper and focused on each person’s unique needs and goals.
