I am so glad you found me and I look forward to welcoming you to class. I run classes in Hillarys, Padbury, Duncraig and online.
I offer a variety of classes with the aim of relieving tension, slowing down and finding that place of peace that resides within us all. At the same time you will build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and enjoy lots of other health benefits.
My classes are open to everyone, from the very young to golden oldies, from beginners to seasoned yogis. All classes are a mix of breathwork (pranayama), movement (asana), and relaxation/meditation.
First class is free so come and check it out. You are so very welcome xx


Christmas Mini Retreat
Suivness Christmas Mini-Retreat. Gift yourself some deep rest and relaxation as we peeps are for the holiday season. The retreat includes a gentle restorative yoga practice, meditation, sound healing and afternoon tea.

I have a job that places a lot of pressure and challenges on my brain, I enjoy the challenges but was finding it very hard to switch off when I came home from work, sometimes even waking up for hours in the middle of the night. That was until Sue started her classes. My brain had a chance to slow down and relax. The nights after her classes provided me with some of the best sleep I’d had in a while. I’d even wake up feeling refreshed in the mornings.
